Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services purchased and the date of purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed successfully delivered upon completion.

Email Marketing & Messages

Rental Inquiries

Travelers may send inquiries via contact forms. By submitting a form, users acknowledge that personal information (email, phone number, etc.) will be shared with the property owner. Users should not include financial information such as credit card or bank details in contact forms.

Refund Policy

We strive to maintain a healthy relationship with our customers and property owners.

• ✔ Full refund within 7 days if misled by incorrect information.
• ✔ Refund within 3 months on a pro-rata basis (months used deducted + $25 maintenance fee).
• ✖ No refunds after 3 months.
