Greer is a beautiful green gem at 8500 ft. and about 30 degrees cooler than the desert valleys. Fishermen love this locale--a short stroll to the East Fork of the Little Colorado River. Close to hiking too.
King sized bed in large bedroom with a queen size pull out in the main room. Full kitchen. Gas BBQ and porch swing on the front porch, large picnic table in back. Freestanding fireplace is available in the main room (wood is available to purchase at nearby market). There is also baseboard heat. Flat screen TV -Direct TV Satellite, WIFI. Great value in Greer. Please note that this historic property is accessed via a short stairway with railing.
Just a short walk down the road to the East Fork of the Little Colorado River for a picnic or fishing.
