This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located directly on the ocean with 2 balconies and a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. In May through October, sea turtles can be found nesting along the pristine beach - certainly an experience not to be forgotten.
This home offers 2 large, newly renovated, king-sized master suites with breathtaking ocean views. A third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for young family members. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials to enjoy a cozy meal at home either inside or outside on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi for your convenience.
Anyone looking for an escape or to enjoy the outdoors will be in heaven with the stunning white sand beach within steps. The surrounding area offers miles of biking, surfing, paddling in the ocean or river, or just a chance to take a stroll on a secluded beach. An experience you will want to duplicate year after year.

Amazing
We loved our beach house for the week! The views were amazing, even from indoors due to the huge sliding glass doors. The home was very well stocked with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchen utensils/cookware, basic food items, shampoo, etc. (so many that they must be left by previous visitors as well). You have to be able to handle many stairs, but this also offered great views from multiple levels of the house. I wish the patio off of the living room was deeper (it was just wide enough to fit chairs, but it did run the full length of the living room). The home needs some basic maintenance work, but everything was very comfortable, well decorated and redone. The golf course just down the road was very accommodating to tourists. It is a very quiet area and great private beach. Loved just listening to the ocean and taking beach walks. A great family get away location for relaxing, playing in the waves, playing games, reading, golfing, etc. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Fun in the sun.
We loved our stay again in this Melbourne Beach Condo! It was just perfect! The owner is always available and very helpful with any request. We had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories! We cannot wait to go back.

Excellent Family Vacation
The 3 bed two bath unit of almost 1700 sq. ft. right on the beach was an excellent venue for our two adult children, their spouses, and two toddler grandchildren. The unit was very clean, well supplied, functional, updated interior, and perfect location to grocery shopping and restaurants. The beach is clean, full of wildlife, and not crowded with people. Finally, the owners we most accommodating. Would highly recommend this unit and will stay there again. 4.8 stars!
