Located minutes from Laughlin in nearby Mohave Valley, Arizona, property contains park like settings with manicured lawn. There are many palm trees accented with night-lights located throughout grounds. Our home also features a private dock, with parking for boats, and personal water craft.
You must see to believe! Our homes feature central air and heat, and are fully-furnished including all appliances, washer and dryer, TVs, and outdoor charcoal BBQ. The homes also have an incredible view of the river and mountains, and are located only a few feet from the water.
Take advantage of the many activities nearby, such as, golf, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, shopping, boating, water-skiing, jet skiing, or just relax and rest. You will have a memorable vacation in our river front home!

Nice house
My family and I had a great time. Very nice house. I loved the outside porch area. It was nice having our boat parked right in front on the dock.

Very nice river home
We booked this house for Labor Day weekend as one of the last homes on river for rent. We were amazed at how nice the the house is. Very clean and has been updated quite a bit from the pictures online. It also was much bigger than we expected it to be from pictures with tons of parking. The only complaint I would have is the community not having launch ramp so have to across river to needles marina. But that marina is very nice and off river so makes launching easy. We had great weekend and would love to come back.
