Perfect for families and boaters as dock sits in deep calm water that is perfect for the kids to swim in as river creates a natural eddy right at our property. Spend hours of fun jumping off the dock and swimming to the launch ramp here making memories of a lifetime.
The property is a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathroom which includes a private 1 bedroom 1 bath guest home with it's own kitchenette.
The main home has a terrific front Great Room living area with incredible views of the river with the upper sun deck just outside the window. Gorgeous Castle Rock Views from the kitchen windows, a convenient breakfast bar, cathedral ceilings, large living area, flat screen TV and more.
The attached guest home is set up as a stylish studio apartment with large queen bed, leather sofa, full bath and well equipped kitchenette of its own.
The home is well appointed with everything you will need for a great trip with a fully stocked kitchen, high end linens, and stylishly decorated. High Speed WIFI internet, Cable TV, modern flat screen tvs and modern appliances afford all the creature comforts of home.
Large Lower level deck has slate pool table, competition ping pong table tennis, relaxing sitting areas and of course direct access to dock and water and abundant shade during the hot months.
The massive upper deck has a gourmet barbeque, abundant room for sun bathing and the most incredible views you can imagine.
This property's location is in the most scenic section of the Parker Strip with incredible dramatic red rock views of the Castle Rock, Monkey Head peak and surrounding mountains that make you feel like you are vacationing in a setting similiar to Grand Canyon National Park.
This is an amazing riverfront compound. You will not be disappointed. We (Bobby & Julie Lewis owners) live close by in Lake Havasu City and are available if you need anything during your stay.. We love this amazing home and hope you will as well.

Great summer vacation
Perfect place for the whole family to hang out. Loved the view looking out at the mountains across the water. Sunsets were spectacular! And the stars...absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed the privacy of the casita, and every bed was really comfy. Seadoo launch was easy peasy, 23 foot boat, a little trickier. As stated in the description, those miller flies were abundant at sunrise and sunset, but only on the lower deck. Had a great time floating off the dock when not in the boat! It’s best to trailer your boat on Wednesday night due to “Low Water Thursday” every week, which caught us by surprise. Many great places to explore on the river for eating and drinking. Plenty of parking available. I personally loved the rustic dining room table and chairs. Fun place to gather. A good time was had by all!

Great location, amenities, and ease of renting.
Awesome scenery overlooking the river. 2 decks ( upper and lower) to enjoy the views or just relax and watch boats go by. Perfect private dock that we were able to moor 3 jet skis to. The house had all siverware, condiments appliances, bedding and linens; just bring food and drinks and you're all set. Cant wait to come back next year!
