Bathrooms: 1"Retro Rose", this is a sweet original Retro 1969 Home, loaded with 60's charm. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a spacious open floor plan including, dining & living room. Full size comfortable couch and two oversized chairs. High top interior dining table for four, great workable kitchen, with avocado cabinets and a gas oven and cook top. Lots of Jalousie windows through out the home. New carpet throughout, there is a large window air conditioner in the living space. Stacking Washer and Dryer available for use. It has a great open porch and seats 6 for outdoor dining. There is also a fenced back yard that we will be adding some charm to. My husband and I have the cabin on the opposite side of the road called, "Rustic Rose" it is also on VRBO #414373. The Rustic Rose is the larger sister to, "Retro Rose ". Both locations are just down the road from the national forest with a open trail head. We also have a vacation home in Phoenix, VRBO #980814, It is a beautiful view property on the side of Look Out Mountain. Though in a quiet ne
The hall has a wet, molding smell and gets worse when it rains causing th3 master bedroom to absorb that order , so did not sleep there. The kitchen faucet is not attached correctly and afraid to use least it come apart or break. The garbage disposal needs some repairs, very noisy and afraid it will fall apart. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils but th3 trash can need a to be cleaned. It was great having laundry facilities this unit, however the dryer vent trap was caked with lint and needed to be cleaned through my prior to use. If your planing on staying any more than a few days, bring TO. Some if the windows do not open, some have difficulty closing. There us NO internet unless you sit outside on the patio
