Cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Historic downtown Flagstaff and I-40. Avoiding the gridlock on Milton Road will save you some grief. An hour and a half to the Grand Canyon, one hour to Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona, minutes to Coconino National Forest, Wupatki and Walnut Canyon National Monuments as well as Sunset Crater. Winter skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl or ride the lift in the summer for fantastic views of Northern Arizona! At 7000' in elevation Flagstaff has a lot to offer year round, simply too much to list. Large fenced backyard with swing set and a deck that wraps around from front to back with gas grill. Game room with pool table and sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms, one with king bed, one queen and one with two twins. two baths: master with large walk in shower, second with tub/shower combination. Minutes to Foxglenn Park and Flagstaff Aquaplex.

Very nice older property
Although older property than I expected, very happy with our stay. Loved the area. Too bad the country club increased their usage fees so high, it would have been nicer to go to the pool everyday. $25 per person per day was too steep! And it wasn’t that the pool was over crowded, great grandson was only one in the water! Property owner warned us

Great Hosts!
We enjoyed our stay. Great Neighborhood and very well appointed house (games lots of small appliances) Kitchen was fabulous! We also enjoyed the pool table and large deck especially during the monsoon rains and evening sky beautiful view of stars. House has plenty of room of our party of five. Jerry was very responsive and even had it ready for us a little early. Thank you!
