Enjoy the privacy of this entire home. Beautifully located in the Northern Historic District of Downtown Flagstaff. Our home has a spacious living area with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen features leathered granite countertops and views of the private backyard gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to enjoy meals at the cottage, including microwave, coffee maker, and blender. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a king bed (a brand new HR 500 mattress firm Memory Foam with the heads up adjustable frame) and the other a queen bed. The living room area has numerous windows giving the house a great deal of natural light. Oak floors fill the living room and bedrooms, with marble tile in the bathroom. Know that this home is designed for temperature comfort. It has incredible insulation and stays naturally very cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This is one of the main reasons we purchased this particular cottage. Enjoy the shade and sound of the rain from the covered porch in the backyard while overlooking the gardens. Our yard is fully fenced for privacy for you and your friends and family. We are about a 10 minute walk to Heritage Square downtown which is surrounded by restaurants, bars, multiple local breweries, shopping, live music, the downtown library, parks, and much, much more. On Sunday mornings the local farmers market is only 4 blocks away. You can avoid the new pay parking meters that are in the central downtown area by enjoying the historic walk into the heart of the city. First Friday art walk downtown is filled activities and fun. On certain weekends the Art in the Park is only blocks away. In the other direction, it is a five minute walk to Thorpe Park (Playground equipment, Tennis, basketball, Disc Golf, hiking, Adult Center) and the National Forest just beyond. Also, this home is centrally located near Lowell Observatory, Riordan Mansion, and the Museum of Northern Arizona. As well, the Grand Canyon is only an hour and a half drive with Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona less than an hour away. Additionally, Snow Bowl ski area, hiking and mountain biking on the San Francisco Peaks is 30 minutes or less from here. This comfortable cottage awaits you and your friends and family's stay in beautiful Northern Arizona.

Great location, grea
We have stayed in this area many times. We love Thorpe Park for the kids and the running trails. The house is within walking distance of the downtown area. House was clean and hosts were very accommodating!

Very nice
Rented this house for a family attending a wedding in Flagstaff. The house was great and comfy. Liked that it was close to downtown and lovely neighborhoods to walk about.
