Home is located on North Shore.. Private dock for 2 boats or 4 jet skis. A boat ramp is located in the front of the property. So much to do here! Water ski, wake board, jet ski, tube and fish. Sleeps 6 adults or 7 with children. 1 King bed in Master bedroom and a Full size & 2 Twin Bunk beds in one unit plus a futon in the great room. Please bring your own bed linens pillows and towels. A/C, free WiFi, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker. 1 car garage, large covered patio and BBQ. folding chairs and additional table are inside the home for outdoor entertaining. Children must be supervised, waterfront and desert critters are all around and the owner takes NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES.</div>

Perfect little river
This river house was perfect for us! The location was tucked away and quiet, but close enough to the excitement at the river. We loved being able to dock our two boats for convenience purposes. The house was stocked with clean towels, and the AC/WiFi were strong. The new BBQ/smoker was just what we needed for our dinners as well. Lastly, Paula was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions! We are already planning our next stay, and can’t wait to be back.

Great property amazi
Sounded to good to be true , 1/2 acre Property on river inlet, huge private dock, room for 4-5 cars and trucks to park 1 bed 1 full bath w living room for 3-4 more guests, good stocked kitchen bbq etc The main key for us, having a 23’ boat to launch is when a property owner says you can launch a boat on- siite , that’s factual. That wasn’t the case for us. The old dirt / gravel launch ramp was not in working order. I did get my Yamaha boat launched but barely got my empty trailer out without spraying hundreds of peat gravel into the Niegbors yard. We had to pick the boat up at fishers Landing at the end of our trip! They said they fixed the septic problem, as the home stank like a portapotty , otherwise we loved the house.... It’s an old home but if they fix the major problems with her, we’d consider renting again. The property is amazing... very secure.
