Relax and play on river time! Our riverfront, Santa Fe style home is the perfect place to re-charge and enjoy family time! This 2,269 SF, quality construction home, is privy to some of the best views of the Colorado river. Enjoy the sunset over the river from the large covered deck off the kitchen or tie a tube to the private covered dock and take in the sunset from the water.
This two-story home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, boat/car parking in a private lot directly in front of the house, two patios, smart TV in the master bedroom, DirecTV in the living room, full size washer and dryer, and free Wifi. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee pot and utensils.

- Not a party house
- No pet
- 8 person maximum (2 king beds, 1 queen and futon in the living room) - an additional $50 per person, per night for guests in addition to 8
- 3 night minimum
- Check in at 1pm
- Check out at 11am
- Please empty all trash at the end of your stay (there are trash bins adjacent to the launch ramp at Martinez Lake)
- No smoking
- Garage parking available for 1 car in addition to the private parking lot located in front of the house

Amazing Home!
This was a great place to stay at! Amazing view with private dock for the boat! Plenty of room for our guests, walking distance to the restaurant/bar, and a great AC unit! A little weird that the owners stop by a couple times to check on you but guess they want to make sure you are keeping it nice. We look forward to staying here again next summer!
