1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, sleeps 9 at The Landings in Carrabelle, Fl. Just a 5 min drive from Carrabelle beach. 10-15 min by boat to Dog Island and St. George Island. 25 min by vehicle to St. George Island. Condo backs up to Carrabelle Marina. Also adjacent to the Moorings, an option for a wet slip for your boat.Has pool access.
Walk to local restaurants and shops. Amazing fishing, beautiful, friendly town.
Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom has king size bed and bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Sleeper sofa and futon in the living room. (Will also be adding a trundle for a 10th person soon).
2 tvs, 1 in the living room with cable and 1 smart tv in the bedroom. Will be continuing to make changes through the spring to make it completely updated by summer.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time staying in Carrabelle, FL in the condo. It was just right for our group of 4 for a few days of fishing. We were all able to spread out and have a separate bed which is a must after a long day of off-shore fishing. Deven was very helpful and super nice. She answered every question I had very promptly and was willing to help out in anyway possible. The condo was very clean and located right on the water of the main river. It is also located within walking distance to a few restaurants and the grocery store which is always very helpful I would recommend this condo and would 100% stay here again.
