Description
This is a brand new home built in June 2016. We love it here and we know that you will, too. This home is perfect for couples and families, that will become your favorite quiet vacation retreat.
This home features an open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen combined. The spacious living area has plenty of room to hang out, play games, or just relax and watch a good movie. It has a flat screen TV with cable. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything needed by cooks at any level. Some fresh shrimp, oysters or fish is all you need to create the perfect beach dinner. Don’t forget steaks on the outdoor propane grill. The dining room table seats 6 and 4 more can sit at the breakfast bar.
The home comfortably sleeps 8. There is a king master suite with flat screen TV and en-suite bath. A guest bedroom has a queen bed with great views of the water. The bunk room has 4 bunk beds. There is plenty of room for the kiddos to play or watch tv or movies on the dvd player.
There are lots of ways to catch the views. Enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon beverage watching from the many seating areas on the screened-in porches facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Why Come Here?
Of course, that starts with the location. The home is located in SummerCamp beach. This resort community provides a unique beach experience that is both rustic and natural at the same time. SummerCamp Beach is located in the beach community of St. Teresa, Fl. At certain times during the year there may be seaweed that washes ashore and may decrease the amount of beach that is exposed.
Approximately 45 miles south of Tallahassee, we are miles from everywhere, but still close enough to conveniences. We believe we have the most beautiful coastal community in all of Florida.
There is a community pool within walking distance of the home. Kick back and enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf as you lounge under a cabana or swim in the pool.
Most days you will see dolphins playing off shore with pelicans, sandpipers, and sea gulls sharing the neighborhood. One of the highlights of this beach is its seclusion and privacy. We love the sunsets. At twilight this is the perfect spot to marvel at the sun dropping silently in the gulf. Although, if you listen hard you would swear the sun’s going under makes a sound like the last plink of a skipping rock. Following sunset, an amazing display of the Milky Way and stargazing awaits. Today it is getting harder and harder to find a quiet place to soothe away stress. Well, this is the place!

Great house and pool
Please be more honest about the beach available at the house. It was not a beach for lounging or swimming. The beach was good for beachcombers at low tide but that is it. The peir was great. It has benches and we sat out there every night. The house was wonderful, clean, well stocked, and pleasantly decorated. The pool was a short walk and very clean. The kayaks were the best part as they are feee for use and we spent many hour out on the gulf in them! The screened in portal had was also great! We would’ve probably have lived out there if it a a hammock! Please get a hammock!
