Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. Iron and board. Dining area. Seating for 12, using game table. Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV, and private bath, opens to balcony. 2nd bedroom has king bed, opens to balcony, 3rd bedroom has 1 twin and 1 full bed with shared bath. Pack n Play for baby. Large wrap-around deck with great views of the bay and the creek. Outdoor eating area. Storage room has beach chairs, beach toys, kayaks, charcoal grill. Sit on the deck and listen to the waves gently lapping on the shore. Watch for porpoises and the eagle who lives nearby. Watch the pelicans as they fish the bay for their breakfast. The bay is very shallow - great for children! You can walk out into the bay or kayak/canoe up the creek to fish. We have 2 kayaks for your use. Larger boats can be launched at the marina about 2 miles away. Paved bike/walking path. Public access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast is about 25 minutes away. Grayton Beach State Park is about 25 minutes away. Destin is 35 miles west and Panama City Beach is 35 miles east. Restaurants, groceries, shops, churches and walk-in medical clinic within 6-7 miles in Freeport.</span></p>
