Description
This is our weekend 'home away from home' that we rent for a few selected times. It is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 'home', with a small backyard for BBQ, and a GREAT front porch for sitting in the rocking chairs and watching life happen. We are 3 blocks from the downtown heart of Bristol, and about 200 feet from the July 4 parade route...walk down to the corner and you are at the parade, come back to the house to cool off. We have washer/dryer in the house. The public bus to take you to Newport is at the corner. Our house is fully modernized and air-conditioned. We have cable-based internet, and an HD TV/dvd player. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) We do NOT have cable TV channels activated; 2) The bathroom/shower & bedrooms are upstairs - this is not a wheelchair-accessible house (there is a 1/2 bath on the main floor); 3) Kids are OK, but we have multiple glass-topped tables; 4) There are beds for 6 in 3 bedrooms, plus a full size fold-out sleeper couch in the living room, and we also have 2 extra mattresses that can be put on the floor for a total of 'sleeps 10' - but with greatly reduced privacy. Pets: Dogs (only) are Ok.

Perfect!
We have had many successful stays at various properties through VRBO, but this one was perfect in every respect! We were booking short-notice, but Rick ensured we had all the information we needed right away -- he was so thorough that we weren't left with even the most minor questions. The house was absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable. We felt at home the minute we walked in the front door. The location is perfect -- walkable to all the Bristol shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return!
