Nightly rate for 2 people $120/night
extra guest fee nightly $10*
12 people max allowed and that nightly rate is $220.00 which is what we would normally charge.
We have gone to the per person nightly rate to encourage those couples who want a lake front, upscale/renovated condo to book as well and not have to pay the full rate of $220.00/night.

Downstairs-2 bedrooms and one full bathroom; walk out patio to the water. 2ndary kitchen area with full size fridge and sink; bar area and shelves, living room with TV and dining/eating area downstairs.
King size bed, WiFi, pet friendly (one time fee), smoking outside only.
Propane grill on deck.
Outdoor chairs.

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

We loved staying here at the Maxwell's condo
This was our 7th year for our Guys golf trip. Our normal lodging was sold back in June and we had to scramble to find a place. We are so lucky to have found this condo. The location to the courses is awesome and the condo had plenty of room and beds for our group of 9 adult men. There was still open beds. Condo was super clean and well stocked with utensils and everything we needed in the kitchen. We will def try to book here again next year and every year after.

Beautiful property
This is a lovely place. Beautifully decorated in the farmhouse style. Spotlessly clean. There were just 3 of us so we only used the top portion. The bottom has 2 more bedrooms, one with 4 bunkbeds. There is also a nice living area, a small kitchen

Golf trip
Perfect accommodations for our four person golf trip. Really enjoyed spacious deck with grill. Super convenient to all golf courses in Fairfield glade. Great hosts who ensured we had a pleasant stay.
