Perfect Friends and Family Vacation home conveniently located 5 minutes from Cocoa Beach, the Port Canaveral Cruse ships and 45 minutes from Orlando. This Private retreat boast 3600 sq ft of Clean open living space and has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. We have completely stocked the home with essentials and fun stuff for a comfortable vacation. This piece of Paradise sits on the Banana River overlooking the cruise ships and the most amazing Rocket Launches. Kick back and relax on the porch watching birds, manatee and dolphins. Many things to do as we have included a canoe, paddle board and fishing poles for your outside entertainment. The inside is completely open, great for entertaining and big groups. Challenge each other to a game of pool, darts, Arcade games multiple video or board games. We have 4 Bedrooms, The master has a King bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a couch that makes a bed. 4th Bedroom has a Bunkbed (full on bottom Twin on top) Daybed (two twins or a double). We also have 5 couches and 5 queen air mattresses if you need additional sleeping. We have 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 walk in showers and 2 deep garden tubs. All bedding, towels, bath supplies are included. We thoroughly Clean our Vacation Rental before every guest. Cleanliness is important to us! We live directly on the Banana River you can pull your boat right up to the dock. Everything is close by, shopping, beach, dining, bars and entertainment. Smoking is permitted outside. Pets need to be approved. We have been renting our home as a vacation Rental since May of 2017, We have had hundreds of families stay with great reviews and no cancellations. We do have a mother in law suite attached to the home that we do stay in. It is locked off from the main home. We are very kind and easy going people. We will be there to address any issues or concerns immediately but will not be intrusive. We do not share any space except driveway and laundry. Nice location and spacious house.
