NEW renovation features Beachy resort furnishings and Beach Murals and a TIKI BAR. Family memories are discussed at the large Dining table that seats 10 plus 4 at the games table.
When you are not at the beach or on the 4-person BIKE, the GAME ROOM with Pool Table, Air Hockey, and Foosball will entertain the whole family. There are 5 flat screen TV's, DVD players and an assortment of movies. FREE shared USE of a 4-PERSON Family BIKE.
Relax in the comfortable lounge chairs to the sound of fountains and the smell of exotic flowers in a tropical courtyard surrounded by a secure white privacy fence. Grill your favorite foods and dine outside in the courtyard. A small private Resort that feels like home.
Right across the street is SANDPIPER PARK with (2) lighted ball fields, a well-equipped children's playground with a lighted basketball court. A few blocks away are Tennis, Racquetball, and Shuffleboard courts for a nominal fee.
