This beautiful condo has a huge balcony that you can access from both the living room & the master bedroom (so you can wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the ocean & sound of the waves).
All 3 beach casual bedrooms will make you feel right at home. The unit contains 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a shower/tub combination.
Although the listing states "no refund", we understand that things come up. If you have to cancel your reservation and you notify us at least 30 days before check in or earlier, we will not charge the second half of the payment.
The huge balcony is the perfect spot to sip your morning cup of coffee or to unwind from a busy day activities with a margarita or glass of wine! There is a high top table and chairs to get an optimal view of the ocean, and two loungers to soak up the sun.
​​​​​​​The Cocoa Beach Towers complex has a heated oceanfront pool, tennis court and putting green available to all guests. The unit has central air, free wifi and parking.
