Home offers over 3200 sq. feet of spacious living, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas range, ice maker, bar area that seats 3, large dining table, large outdoor farm table right off kitchen overlooking lake. Enjoy the massive great room with cathedral ceilings, 2 sided brick gas fireplace which sits between main living area and an additional cozy sitting area. Spectacular views from every window! Additional living space in the partial basement which offers a large sectional couch, large screen TV, game table, and walk out to second level deck. Also included are basic cable, wireless internet, board games, & gas grill. Separate laundry room has newer large capacity washer/dryer, sink, iron/ironing board & additional storage for your use.

Home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Owner offers nice, clean & updated linens for renters use. Owner will also provide a limited number of bath towels & linens for renters use. (Approx enough to accomodate 20 ppl.) Renters will need to bring more if desired. Beach towels are not provided.
The exterior of the home offers: Multilevel decks, wraps around 3 side of the home, plenty of seating for relaxing and dining as you take in the views! The home is nestled on a hillside. Steps lead to expansive private sandy beach that offer a patio/deck with loungers & beach chairs for your pleasure. Enjoy the large sand volley ball court, fire pit, over 90 ft private dock, 2 paddle board. Betsie Bay Trail runs along beach area where you can enjoy walking, running and biking. Marina is directly across the lake which provides, ski boat, pontoon boats, jet skis and other water toys for rent. Renters will need to provide own life jackets. Our property offers all the parking you could need. Large parking area in front of the home, as well as, parking at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the beach. Easy beach access for those who don't want to take the stairs. (approx 70 steps) Great exercise!
Winter getaway, close to skiing at Crystal Mountain, great for ice fishing and all outdoor activities.
*OFF SEASON Cancellation Policy- In the event renter requests to cancel reservation at any time, the security deposit ($1000) and the first installment payment (half of the rental fee) will be forfeited. Cancellation within 90 days of rental period any and all paid rental fees are forfeited.
*PEAK SEASON Cancellation Policy- In the event renter requests to cancel reservation at any time, the security deposit ($1000) and the first installment payment (half of the rental fee) will be forfeited. Cancellation within 6 months of rental period, any and all paid rental fees are forfeited.

Birthday celebration
Our large family group of 17 enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and there were plenty of beds for everyone. The lake was beautiful and clear and will keep you in shape going up and down the 74 stairs. I only wish the weather would have been a little nicer and we didn't have to pack extra toilet paper. Janay was very nice and always available by phone and email.

Very cute interior design, some spaces a little weird, but fit our big family reunion group with beds to spare.
