Built in 1885, this building features exposed brick walls, wood floors, and high ceilings. Walk out the front entrance and you’re on Palafox Place, the very heart of downtown’s vibrant entertainment, shopping & dining district.
Walk to over 40 restaurants from your doorstep. Here are just a few that you can walk to in just 5 minutes: Indulge yourself in world-class dining at Jackson’s, Global Grill, The District, Iron, Nom’s, Skopelos or our newest, Angelena’s Italian. For a more casual fare try the Wine Bar on Palafox, Jaco’s, Big Top Brewery, Urban Swinery, Seville Quarter, Carmen’s, Al Fresco, Graffiti Pizza, Taco Agave, O’Riley’s Irish Pub, Kohn’s Sushi, Union Public House, Dog House Deli & much more. For breakfast try the Dog House Deli, Fosko Coffee Bar, Blue Jay Bakery, Bodacious or the Ruby Slipper.
Attend a symphony concert, opera performance, or kick up your heels at one of the numerous entertainment venues. Located just a few steps from the iconic Saenger Theatre, a performing arts theater built in 1925 & known as the Grand Dame of Palafox.

The Palafox market, a three-block-long treasure trove of local arts and crafts, homegrown vegetables, farm raised meats, breads, cheese, coffees, furniture and much much more is open just 2 blocks north every Saturday ( rain or shine ) from 8 AM until 2 PM.
Pensacola beach is just a 15 minute drive or you can catch the Pensacola Bay ferry just four blocks south of the apartment. The ferry will take you to Pensacola beach where are you can spend the entire day at your leisure, and then bring you back home

Beautiful place, beautiful celebration, great choice!!!
We came to Pensacola for my daughters military winging ceremony after finishing Naval Flight Training. This was a very special occasion for our daughter and our family. Little did we know that renting Deborah’s apartment would make the weekend simply magical! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has everything you might need. The location is perfect as it is in walking distance to so much and there is private, gated parking. Although the apartment was wonderful, the best part of our stay was Deborah herself. She knows all about Pensacola and loves her city. She can give you any info you need about the area. Her apartments and the building are full of historic Pensacola photos and antiques that are so fascinating. Deborah is extremely easy to work with and always just a text away if you need anything. We asked Deborah for restaurant recommendations for about 15 friends and family to have dinner after the winging ceremony. Deborah made several suggestions then offered to have the dinner for us in her own apartment which was just across the hall from the apartment we rented. I can’t describe here how fabulous the dinner/evening was. It was truly a celebration!! She opened her entire apartment up to our group and we all had a blast. It was so much better than being at a restaurant. She has a large balcony overlooking Palafox which was perfect for photos. Deborah is warm and inviting. And who knew this wonderful host is also a fabulous cook. Her meal was incredible and the setting was beautiful. Thank you Deborah for a magical winging weekend!!!

Beautiful apartment, great location!
The apartment was even better in person than the pictures depicted! Check-in was easy and Deborah was an excellent host, quick to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk or ride bikes all throughout downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
