The neighborhood has a shared pool that is located just around the corner from the home, and the white sandy beaches are across the street. There is a shared dock and beach located on the sound side. You'll have plenty of dining options a short drive away like Hemingway's and Peg Leg Pete's.

Beautiful home away from home
This house was everything we were looking for in our family vacation. Spacious and very accommodating. The beach is in walking distance and also has a pool for the subdivision. The only complaint is one of the beds was very uncomfortable, but we made it work. Would definitely stay there again we will just bring a matteress topper for that one room. Joking aside, I highly recommend this home

This house had everything my family was looking for in our family vacation. It was near the beach and spacious, very accommodating. The only complaint that we had was one of the beds was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was great. We would definitely stay here again, we'll just bring a matteress topper for that bed

Awesome stay!
We spent a wonderful long weekend at this awesome place, Getting ready for our daughters beach wedding. Wish we would have had time to stay longer. Couldn’t have asked for more. Instructions to get in and out were simple and clear, and information of things to do was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!! Hope to back someday, will definitely look this house up again!
