King bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, twins in the 3rd bedroom (can be pushed together to make a king) and queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 8. Flat screen TVs and DVDs in living room and all bedrooms. WIFI included.
Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, and electric grill on the balcony provide memorable dining experiences while watching the sunsets and sunrises. Within walking distance of all shops, the boardwalk and restaurants on Pensacola.
Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival date less a 10% cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the
full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.does not refund their fees.

Needs little repair
Refrigerator wiped with dirty cloth smears everywhere. Area rug taped in one corner looked raggedy.Everything else was clean and comfortable.whirlpool tub doesn’t work.
