We introduced in 2017 a 6br/6ba brand new home and now we have the "big brother" to introduce in 2018. This will be Pensacola Beach's finest new luxury large home. This home will have space for 3 generations! It will feature 8 full bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, 2 half baths, 2 laundry rooms, gourmet kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 living spaces, roof top deck, elevator, huge 36 foot length pool, etc. The location is awesome, it is on the south side of Maldonado with a cinder block one story house in front of it which does not affect the views as this is above that house and looks over to the beach. This is parallel with the beach access point so you have unobstructed views and simple 40-50 steps to beach access.
This will of course be professionally decorated and designed by the same design team that brought you listing and is the same line of quality and luxury of l decor, great views and decks, awesome large beach pool, easy beach access - all the ingredients for a great home for your large gathering of family/friends. This will be a house that sells out early, up to a year in advance so it is advised to book early.
Any underage group that is approved we will require a security deposit and and adjustment to the rate - higher.
Bunk bed info: 1 Queen bunk bed and 1 twin bunk bed in Room 8 (Total 2 Queens & 2 Twins) Plus 2 tiwn bunk beds (total 4 twins) in Lounge area.
