An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, shower, and tub. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and full sized mattress on the bottom. There are also 2 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large bar seating area.
Easy access to the beach!
Bikes, surfboards and paddle boards available for rent. Also, sunset cruises or all day sailing adventures available.
Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence. The fee is $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet.
No RVs permitted and this is a nonsmoking house and property. Also, this is not an event house.
