Hiking, biking, fishing, snow-shoeing, Nordic skiing and horseback trails in the close vicinity. The Indian Peaks Wilderness is just minutes away. Or take the scenic 45 minute drive to Estes Park. For shopping, dining and sight-seeing, the town of Nederland is sure to please as is Boulder, located just a half hour down the beautiful creek-side canyon road.

Perched at 8290 feet in elevation, this immaculate luxury home has a warm feel with an open floor plan and vaulted tongue and groove beam ceilings that create an inviting atmosphere for friends and family to gather. Relax with a drink or a good book in a sky chair or rocker on the 800 square feet of hardwood decks. Wildlife abounds here. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom pine cabinets, granite countertops, hand tile work and stainless steel appliances. Complementing the open floor plan are hardwood floors throughout.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Sleeps up to 12 people! 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms/1 half bath
-Master suite with king bed in master. This room has a beautiful attached bath with 2 sinks and dual head shower. Also trundle bed (ie: 2 twin beds)
-Bedroom 2: two full beds (shares next door full bath with two sinks with guest bedroom 3)
-Bedroom 3: Bunk bed set (one full size bed, one twin bed)
-Bedroom 4: one queen bed, attached full bath. Also trundle bed.
COOKING: Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/range, microwave, refrigerator, all cooking and eating utensils, basic condiments (be sure to ask if there’s something you need)
DINING: Plenty of seating for dining. The breakfast nook seats four, the formal dining table seats eight, and the bar seats five. All dining is located in the spacious great room. Perfect for family feasts!
PARKING: The drive accommodates three cars. There is one additional stall in the garage (five car maximum).
RESERVATIONS: $300 per night; 3 night minimum stay. Holidays $325 per night 5 night minimum stay

Beautiful property
I'm torn on this review. First off the house was beautiful. Nederland was such a cute town. The amount of rooms and space worked great for our group of 12. The balcony, while incredibly dirty, had gorgeous views with nice swings and chairs to enjoy. My biggest complaint was when we went to type in the wifi password we got a message that the internet was on hold because the bill hadn't been paid. I contacted the owner who had previously been very responsive, and after a few hours I finally got a response. Her response was that it was the internet company's fault, which im not saying it wasn't, but she never fixed the situation or ever responded after the fact. I didn't go on vacation to be on the internet but we had terrible service at the house and it would've been nice to have good internet access. I'm mostly upset with the lack of communication from the owner. We also had a power outage on our first day, and due to the internet situation, my first assumption was that the electricity bill hadn't been paid too, which was unfortunate. It was not the case, but that was what ran through my head.
