Description
This villa is located on Duck Key with Tom's Harbor at the back door where you can relax and overlook the water from the first or second floor patio, or enjoy the water directly from the villa by walking just a few steps where boats, jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks may be rented. Boat dockage may also be rented thru Hawk's Cay Marina on Duck Key or Grassy Key Marina which is two miles south from Duck Key. Duck Key is located in the middle of the Florida Keys at Mile Marker 61, between Islamorada and Marathon, approximately two hours from the Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports. Key West is about one hour south from the villa.
This villa is a conch style townhome with a full kitchen supplied with utensils and cookware to be used during your stay, dining area, living room and a half bath on the first floor with a TV, satellite cable access, DVD player, and direct view to Tom's Harbor from the first patio floor.
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom located on the second floor with queen sized beds. This unit is perfect for four people, two in each bedroom, however there is a sleeper sofa that will accommodate two people. No more then six people maximum are permitted to occupy the rental.
The master bedroom has a patio with a beautiful view overlooking Tom's Harbor and the sunset every evening. There are queen beds in both rooms, with TV and satellite cable access. There is a washer and dryer also located on the second floor. Linens, bath, and beach towels are provided for use during your stay.
we do not participate in the Hawk's Cay Resort Rental Management Program, which allow us to offer our villa at a reduced rental price. Consequently, the resort may impose restrictions to their facilities, including the pools. Bar and poolside food and drink service is restricted for non-resort guests.
The Dolphin Connection, and some of the restaurants such as Alma along the Marina services are available to our guest and must be paid for at time of service. No charges may be made to the Villa.

Great Condo,Great Owners
Very clean inside and out. This space had all we needed for our first visit to Duck Key. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and the Wash and Dryer came in handy. We had questions and contacted John and Jennifer and the immediate response was refreshing. Although we went during spring break, it was very quiet at the condo. We were able to use some of the ammenities at Hawks Cay for not being members. Everyone on and off the island was very friendly and made you feel at home. There are several bars and good restaurants within walking distance. We like to walk, the furthest was 3 miles. Unfortunately my partner got sick on day 2 so we couldn't enjoy the islands as planned. But that is where my appreciation for this condo really came in. Beautiful place to be held up in for 4 days! Sunsets were fantastic! And it is close enough to Walgreens and Publix for shopping and getting medicines. Thank you John and Jennifer! would love to try again. Donna
