Located in the beautiful town of Edwards, Colorado; the perfect location for all your winter and summer activities! Great for couples, small families or group of friends. Set up with one large queen bed, and full sized pullout bed in the sofa. We've also included a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dresser, nightstand, 1080HD TV with cable, small two person table, dishes, cups, silverware and FREE WIFI!
Within the complex is the perfect playground for your kids or walk down the road to enjoy a larger playground. We have an outdoor swimming pool (only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) with a hot tub that is open year round!
Enjoy checking out the local resorts like Beaver Creek that is a 10min drive from our place or Vail that is about 20min away. You can also take the local bus service to either location. The bus stop is about a 5-10min walk down the road from our location.
We have a local grocery store along with plenty of shops in the Riverwalk shopping center in Edwards. Or you can get more groceries in the town of Avon at City Market or Walmart.

It was an excellent place to stay. The only problem we encountered was because we arrived in the dark and finding our way to the rear of the property with no lights was rather tricky.
