Part of the exclusive and gated Arrowhead Village in Beaver Creek Resort, this getaway provides access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a fire pit. Additional on-site amenities include a restaurant, golf course, tennis courts, and a private chairlift up the mountain.
LIVING AREAS
Warm hardwood floors flow through the sunlit living room. Highlights include vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace while lounging on a queen sleeper sofa and two armchairs. Watch favorite shows on a 55” flat-screen TV.
A bonus living area is located in the upstairs loft, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and desk.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up delectable dishes in the stylish kitchen, outfitted with marble countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a three-seat breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with ample cookware as well as extras like a Keurig, toaster oven, and blender.
Gather around the six-seat dining table for home-cooked meals or a family game night.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This townhome includes two bedrooms and three sleeper sofas that sleep eight total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Sleep soundly in the upstairs master bedroom; stream Netflix shows on the 48” flat-screen TV and curl up in the king bed. Pamper yourself in the en-suite master bathroom, configured with a double marble vanity, deep jetted tub, and large walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
On the main level, the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a love seat that opens to reveal a twin sleeper, and a 36” flat-screen TV. The shared en-suite bathroom has a marble vanity and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, complete with a grill and seating for two.
Indulge with a soak in multiple outdoor hot tubs or float in the heated pool, open year-round.
Roast s’mores at the outdoor fire pit, available during the winter months.

Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the parking garage. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, books, and ski storage are provided.
This third-floor unit is accessible via elevator.
LOCATION
When you’re ready to hit the slopes, make the short walk across the pool area to the Arrowhead ski lift. From the top, you can ski over to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek.
In warmer months, hit the links at the Arrowhead Golf Course or play a match at the on-site tennis courts.
Dining options abound; walk to the Vista Restaurant and Broken Arrow located very near the townhome.
During warmer months, check out the hiking trails at Beaver Creek located approximately 11 minutes away. Kids will love the Children’s Museum and the Beaver Creek Children’s Theater.

Fabulous trip!
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic property! It was a perfect place for our family and a great location too. Property had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! Strangely that is extremely important to us and we are very particular. Everyone was well rested and ready to jump on the slopes each morning. Appreciate everything and we would like to return to this property.

The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for what we used it for, we had a total of 4 adults that had more than enough room. Location is less than a 3 minute walk to the lift so it was perfect for first tracks. Condo was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was the access code provided to us did not work upon arrival, the property manager was able to resolve this within 20 minutes. Great place will stay again

Rocky Mountain High!
Terrific property for our family get-together at Beaver Creek. Four adults stayed here and it was conveniently located for us to walk to the nearby family property and to access the pool, hot tub, and ski lifts. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Easy to get in and out of the gated community and the secure garage. Property management company was promptly available when access code to property didn't work at first and corrected it immediately. Would definitely rent the property again.
