Description
Ground level guest suite located in our home. 1 mile N of I70, with amazing views. Very easy access year round.
Queen gel memory foam mattress in bedroom, sofa sleeper in living room.
Couch also has an L shaped chaise, so we can sleep 5 but I prefer not to list that as a "bed". If you have 5, please just let us know before booking please.
Apartment is well appointed with many things you keep at home but don't usually expect in a rental (condiments, butter, many spices, popcorn, tea, flour, sugar, coffee, creamer... etc)
Washer & dryer in unit if needed, easy flat access from parking to door, no steps.

Very Good Place to Stay
Enjoyed our stay--perfect for three people. Comfy, tidy, very clean 1 BR efficiency apartment-type accommodations, and the owners are nice people. Was good to have the huge couch for a third person. Grocery store, gas station, and liquor store are less than a mile away which was a plus. Easy access to I-70 and short drives to Beaver Creek and Glenwood Springs. Would certainly stay here again.

Great price and place.
I highly recommend this beautiful mountain paradise. It has great views and is very well appointed with all the amenities anyone would need. The hosts Kaleb and Abby were very friendly and welcoming. It was a great location for us because we were attending our grandson's graduation in Gypsum, CO. This would be a perfect place to stay if you wanted to go skiing, rafting, biking, and hiking because it's so centrally located.
