This luxurious mountain retreat is located in the gated community of Red Sky Ranch. Situated between the 3rd and 4th hole of Tom Fazio golf course, enjoy picturesque mountain views, wildlife and Colorado sunsets. All rooms boast elegant furnishings and each bedroom has its own full bath. Two bedrooms have Jacuzzi tubs and cozy gas fireplaces to give the perfect ambiance and warmth to mountain nights. The bunk room allows kids to enjoy 4 twin beds in a fun campout setting behind glass doors. Adjacently a living room offers TV, games and a pool table. Five of the six bedrooms are on the lower level. Upstairs you will find a master suite, Dining Room, two living spaces with fireplaces, and state of the art kitchen with everything needed to prepare large meals. Additional amenities include, ice makers, fenced back yard with large back deck, outdoor grill and 2 large slate patios. The front patio has a large gas fire ring with wood benches for a fast evening outdoor fire. The game room downstairs is perfect for kids to enjoy games, billiards, puzzles, movies and popcorn machine.

Nice Property
We loved the house, the views, help from Kirstin with the heating system. It was accessible for a person with a walker. We spent time in Edwards and Beaver Creek. All in all, a great time was had by all.

The entire family really enjoyed this beautiful home. Every room had spectacular views and the spacious house was perfect for our family of 10. It was very convenient to Beavercreek ski resort, restaurants, shopping and many outdoor activities We highly recommend this property to any family looking for an amazing place to build great family memories.
