The property was built by the Nottingham family, who owned the land that became Beaver Creek. The home is brimming with unique design touches and homey comforts. Check out the authentic saloon paintings (dating back to the 1800s) in the pool room and bar. This home provides a warm, historical, and inviting one-of-a-kind Colorado experience!
After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, relax in a spacious great room that wows with a huge wood-burning fireplace and panoramic mountain views. Outside, a deck perched 2000 feet above the valley offers an utterly spectacular spot for stargazing.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Sweeping million-dollar views wow upon arrival as you enter the expansive great room. Large windows frame the stunning backdrop, while vaulted ceilings soar above comfy armchairs and a pair of inviting sofas.
Screen a movie on the 32” flat screen TV, or step outside and watch the night sky from the deck - an incredible viewing platform elevated high above the valley floor.
Downstairs, rack up the pool table in the spacious game room, where the unique décor includes over 100 cattle brands from local ranches. Next door, the parlor has a saloon-themed bar, wood-burning fireplace, and a plush leather armchair.
The large kitchen provides a great social space with a big central island that seats four. Just beyond, a wooden dining table seats eight for festive vacation meals.
This home accommodates up to 10 guests between the six welcoming bedrooms.
The master bedroom comes with a queen bed and private access to the front deck. A gorgeous en-suite bathroom with vaulted ceilings and double-height windows boasts a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and connects to a half bath.
On the lower level, a third bedroom with a queen bed has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Also on this floor, the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have a queen-size bed.
A sixth bedroom (located inside the fifth bedroom) is great for kids with a single trundle-style bed.
There are also two guest bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combination, and another with a walk-in shower.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles (one in the driveway, and one in the garage).

When dining out, drive 20 minutes to Avon for an eclectic dining scene. Grab a table at Pho 20 for Vietnamese, go for Japanese classics at Nozawa Sushi, or enjoy classic Italian dishes at Ticino.
Drive 20 minutes to Harry A. Nottingham Park. This 48-acre green space is great for cycling, kayaking and boating, with a range of recreational facilities, including basketball, and disc golf.

I couldn't get enough of the million dollar views
We enjoyed our summer stay at this property. Waking up to the sunrise in the beautiful master suite was a great way to start the day. The views were breathtaking . It was hard to tear myself away. The house is not new, but clean, spacious, and well equipped for our needs.
