This beautifully upgraded duplex is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and is conveniently located less than 2 miles to Arrowhead Ski Mountain. The Riverwalk Village in Edwards is easily accessible during summer months by way of the walking path.
The main level features the living, dining, kitchen, patio, half bath and laundry. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the beautiful dining room that seats 6-8 guests, patio with gas grill and inviting living room with 52” flat screen smart TV and gas fireplace.
The master bedroom, located upstairs, is furnished with king bed, 48” flat screen TV, large walk in closet and en suite bath. You’ll find a walk in shower, separate tub and double vanity in the lovely master en suite. Also located upstairs is bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 with twin over full bunk bed, 40” flat screen TV and fun bean bag chairs, is a perfect retreat for the little ones. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and 40” flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, which is located between the two rooms.
Retreat to the lowest level of the home to find bedroom 4, full bath and comfortable den. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a king bed and 48” flat screen TV and the den has a queen sofa sleeper with 48” flat screen TV. These two rooms share one full bath with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. This level is the perfect place for quiet peaceful sleeping.
This home sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 beds plus one sofa sleeper. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Great location!
This compact duplex in the heart of Edwards is minutes from the lifts, grocery store, shops, restaurants and a bus stop. It has everything you need on 3 levels. We enjoyed our ski trip here!
Wonderful Place!
Loved walking on the nearby trail to a bridge and river. Condo was much bigger and cleaner than expected. More specialty items in kitchen than I have at home!
