The very large back yard is fully enclosed by a chain link fence. It also has seating around a fire pit in the shade of a few mature pine trees and a horse shoe pit.
The very clean and well maintained home has 3 bedrooms with King sized beds and a bunk room with a twin over a double. All bedrooms, the living room and the outside living space have smart TV with basic cable function.
The kitchen is open to the dining room seating 8 comfortably around a gorgeous wooden table, 3 bar stools on the kitchen counter provide extra seating.
In the corner of the living room close to the back porch door is a full bar set up with sink, fridge, 4 bar stools and lots of counter space to make up some artisan cocktail creations.
This home at 6,500 feet elevation is perfect for a family wishing to enjoy the cooler temperatures in the summer, fall trails in the colorful autumn and skiing in the winter. Lakeside is only 45 minutes from the Sunrise Ski Resort (the other AZ ski resort after Snowbowl in Flagstaff AZ).

Cool home in Lakeside
Fenced in back yard great for dogs, but no grass anywhere on the property: a negative. Within 24 hrs of arrival we asked if there was a second thermostat because the AC/heater was constantly running. Shortly before departure utility company house call noted that gas was being used excessively due to competing AC and heater. Lighting is very dark in the family room and master bedroom. I don't believe anyone could sleep in the bunkbed bedroom near the laundry due to noise of the AC/heater. Hot tub was great. Street was relatively quiet. Neighbor behind dogs raced the fenceline. A note on the second frig advising that it was unplugged would help, as we wondered if we could use it. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was spacious for us. Wifi and TV reception were great. Loose leaf binder book was very informative re all aspect of the house. There are many delightful Western paintings and memorabilia in the home. We purchased and kept 10 throw rugs for the wooden floors in the halls, kitchen, dining room, family room. The enclosed patio (Arizona room) is wonderful.

Fall in White Mountains
Excellent property. In person was even better than pictures. Owners spared no expense on amenities and furnishings, so many little details done well. We spent most of our time either in the AZ Patio Room or the living room by the Fireplace. Both are worth the visit themselves. Large bedrooms and beds. Jacuzzi very clean, secluded, and enjoyable. Backyard lots of room for dog to run around, fenced in. Outdoor fire pit was great to sit by. Outdoor kitchen/bar, large screen tv awesome, BBQ very clean. All natural gas lines so didn't have to mess with propane. Kitchen was very well equipped. Absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back! And Stacey was very responsive and helpful...

Amazing
This property was everything we were looking for! Very clean and spacious
