Carbondale is your year-round hub with great skiing, biking, fishing, and hiking right in your backyard. This loft is just a short walk to the Carbondale core and has easy access to the rest of the valley, via the bike path or bus stop a stone's throw from the condo. All new furniture as well as new cooking and kitchen ware makes his condo comfortable and convenient. Enjoy afternoon sunlight and amazing views of Mount Sopris as you relax in this cozy loft. This loft is on the second floor. There is not an easily accessible elevator.
The loft is east facing, the loft can get warm in the afternoon/evening. We have purchased a portable AC unit for the main room to help with the heat.
We have 3 bikes for guests to use while they are staying at the loft. They are perfect for the bike path right out the front door that brings you in to town.

Great stay!
Great communication from the owner, my soccer team rented this condo for our coach as we were in town for an early Saturday game. He enjoyed the weekend "vacation." It was immaculately clean, had everything he could possibly need and he enjoyed the surrounding area

Enjoyed our stay in Carbondale!
We had a fabulous time in the Roaring Fork Valley, the loft was centrally located in the valley for easy commute to the various towns from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Anna was a perfect host from initial start to finish with excellent communication. The loft was super clean with all the necessities needed for a comfy stay. Everything was as advertised! I would most certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you Anna, our family had a wonderful vacation and will enjoy the memories that where made.
