Inside the gated section of the ski base, this townhouse offers luxurious privacy as one of only two units in the duplex. It sits on the Fraser River with amazing views of the ski slopes. Walk to the base in 5 minutes or take the shuttle bus one stop.
The upper level has two master suites, one with a king bed (and queen pullout) and the other with a queen bed (and lofted sleeping area for up to 2 kids). Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with large showers. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
On the main level is the living area with a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area, twin sleeping nook, and half bath.
The lower level is the entryway with ski storage and two carport stalls. Portal place is non-smoking and no pets.
Brand new TV s, private hot tub and wireless internet.
This is not a run of the mill unit, it is furnished with upscale furnishings and appliances...Room and Board/West Elm/Bosch/Fisher&Paykel.

We LOVED this spot. Great location, short walk to the gondola, ticket office, shops. Super great decor. Very well set up w things you need to cook, JACUZZI with mountain view, HEATED FLOORS!. Beds were comfy. Fireplace! And Paula was very quick and helpful to respond. Only thing I could see someone complain about is the three story set up. But if you are going to ski/board that shouldnt be a concern. Another consideration I should share for the traveler is we had ZERO luck w uber/lyft, so if you dont have a car, getting into town for dinner would be tricky, or near impossible. I would book this spot again in a second!

Perfect location in Winter Park
Perfect location to gondola and village. Easy walk. Condo has been remodeled very nicely. Was very clean and well stocked. Owner was great to work with. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to WP.

major comfort, major style, ideal location
This should be your number 1 pick when staying in Winter Park! My family of 4 loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The location is ideal, it's a 5 minute walk to the village/gondola but in a very quiet area. Between the huge windows overlooking the slopes, the fireplace and the comfy sofas/chairs/daybed we were happy winding down by playing the games
