Furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq ft, Aria Hot Springs salt water hot tub (1 year old) holds 5 adults with multi colored lights and water fall, bluetooth speakers, looks like a space ship all lite up, lots of privacy in back of house. Surrounded by upper priced homes with canals in front and back.
Desirable SW Cape Coral, close to all beaches.
Sun room/Lanai and both bedrooms have double sliders that exit to concrete patio that is full length of house. Two bikes, Large umbrella that covers the entire hot tub if needed. Two lounge chairs outside of sun room on patio. Lots of fruit trees and privacy in rear. Yard fully under sprinkler system. Lots of cabinets, closets and storage. Both beds have memory toppers and are very comfortable. Lots of towels, linens, dishes, pots & pans, etc. Cable TV and internet provided. Both bedrooms have carpet, rest of house has tile.
Avoid the 1-2 hour sitting in traffic to get over the only access to Fort Myers Beach unless you come in from Naples/Bonita S;rings. Construction has been on going for the last year or so and new development at FM Beach starts 2019 so it's not the only beach. If there wasn't any traffic from this location you could get to FMB in 33 minutes, but there is always traffic. Please look at all the pictures to see the norm for the FMB bridge. I love FM Beach also but I can't stand the traffic and parking to get to it and realized there are lots of beaches and other areas to enjoy the beautiful weather of FL.
SW Cape Coral is close to Matlacha which is a little Key West and quite eccentric, you are close to popular bars/eatery in downtown Fort Myers, and the famous 47th street bars/restaurants of Cape Coral, 15 min from house to public golf course called Coral Oaks, lots of bike paths (I have maps of the bike paths), hospital 2 mi from house etc. TV in living room and master. Includes cable and internet.

Farmers Market at Surfside is every Tuesday which is a 4 minute drive from house.

No smoking. I have listed no pets but that is negotiable with higher security deposit. I collect all legal taxes as required by FL depending upon your length of stay.
