Located on a quiet lane, you’re just an easy 3-minute walk to Grey Neck Beach. This soothing Nantucket Sound shoreline has gentle waves for family fun. Pleasant Sound Beach is also just a half-mile walk. Or enjoy a day out on the ocean with a chartered deep-sea fishing trip.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck’s two loungers, or sip cocktails in the seating area for seven. Fire up the barbeque for an easy fresco meal at the patio picnic table. The yard is a grassy expanse where the kids can run and play.
ABOUT THE HOME
Gleaming hardwood floors, exposed beam ceilings, and a central brick fireplace all add to the cozy charm of this charming Cape Cod. In the living room you’ll find plenty of space to unwind on the sofa, love seat, and two chairs. Watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV with DVD player.
The newly renovated kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a French-door refrigerator. Catch your own dinner, then enjoy a classic New England seafood feast at the dining table with seating for six. After dinner, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace.
On the lower level, you find a second living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a 55” flat screen TV with RoKu. A sideboard full of games and a chess table encourage fun game nights. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Fire up the grill for an easy dinner and dine al fresco at the picnic table on the patio. Later, gather at the comfortable seating area on the deck while the kids chase lightening bugs in the back yard.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed and 32” flat screen TV. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a door to the hall.
Adjacent, the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, while the next door third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
On the first floor, a fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and 32” flat screen TV with Roku. The nearby bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
All bedrooms have individual A/C units.
Other extras for this home include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Corn hole, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach cart are provided for your use. Two vehicles can park in tandem on the gravel driveway.

Gorgeous place and beautifully updated. Wish we came during the summer to enjoy the beautiful Cape. My daughter commented she wants a house just like this when she is older. Perfect place.
