Pet friendly and Central AC! Amazing seaside beach home just 2 doors down from the Atlantic Ocean! Park the car and walk to everything Harwich Port has to offer. Sleeping 8, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath offers everything you could ask for to make your dream vacation into a reality! Central air will keep you cool and free WiFi throughout will keep you connected.
Open the door to paradise; a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and flat screen TV await you as you enter the home. By opening the sliding doors you extend your living to the outdoors! A perfect spot to take in the view and enjoy your favorite libation. Around the corner, you will find the kitchen with completely updated appliances, a breakfast bar with 2 stools, and a spacious dining area to come together for family meals throughout your stay.
The master bedroom with a king size bed is located conveniently on the first floor with a full en suite bath! There is also a half bath and washer/dryer off of the kitchen. Heading up the stairs you will find a loft area that has a flat screen TV, cozy seating, and games table (great for a rainy day or a place for the kids to have fun in the evening.) The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom offers sleeping for 4 with twin beds. Both rooms have flat screen TVs!
Not only will you smell the salt air and hear the waves, you will know you are at the beach as you will be surrounded by all the coastal decor this special seaside retreat offers!
To top it off, as beautiful as the house is, you will probably spend most of your time on the patio in the back. There is an enclosed outdoor shower offering hot and cold water - a Cape Cod tradition! Also included is a changing room with half bath. This little piece of heaven is private and just for you! Whether you are lounging in the sun, cooking up some great barbecue on the gas grill, or sitting at the outdoor bar taking in the game on the flat screen TV, this peaceful oasis is the place to make your memories. Relax and enjoy your well deserved vacation!
**This home comes with a "Back to Basics Bag" all with compliments from the owner! A large reusable tote comes with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dish washing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and travel size shampoo and conditioner (for guests with a 1 week minimum stay).
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Max Parking: 3 cars. No Parking on lawn anytime!
PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 2 dogs. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Additional Information to Assist You:
During Peak 2020 Summer Season (from June 12 until July 3) a 7 night Friday to Friday Reservation is Required. (From July 11 to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay.

You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
To Book a Reservation: We accept Visa or Mastercard only.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We can help you with that upon reservation confirmation.
Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services.
We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.

A True Gem!
The Sea Gem in Harwich Port is an amazing property! The home is extremely welcoming (especially to your four-legged friends with treats/bags/toys/bowls upon arrival!!) and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the view of the Nantucket Sound is fantastic right out of your kitchen window (which makes washing the dishes a pleasure!!). Every square inch of the property is well-maintained and New England Vacation Rentals is fantastic to work with!! We highly recommend this home!! The Nugents Washington, DC
