Steppingstones, a magnificent small estate on 1.89 acres across from Wychmere Harbor, offers a captivating setting adorned by mature shade trees, soothing flower gardens, a sweeping emerald lawn, koi pond and three separate patios. There is an outside shower off the mew as well as a fire pit on the front patio. You will enjoy total relaxation in your quiet oasis, a short walk to town, and many superb, family friendly restaurants, The Freedom Ferry to Nantucket and Merkel Beach on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound adjacent to the Wychmere Harbor Club are less than a quarter mile away as is the marina on Saquatucket Harbor, ideal for boating enthusiasts.
Steppingstones, the main house, is lovingly maintained and updated. It includes a top of the line gourmet kitchen and butler's pantry. plus a secondary small, new kitchen. A distinctive post and beam ceiling accents the spacious L-shaped living and dining areas that surround a wonderful old fashion center chimney, with two wood fired fireplaces, one in the dining area and another facing the living room area, creating a cozy, warm atmosphere. The living room is ideal for reading, while the 4 season sun room augmented with built ins and a gas fireplace is ideal for quiet relaxation. The second floor of Steppingstones has seven bedrooms two with private baths, and the
others with shared baths. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with connecting bathroom.
Pebbles, is a separate cottage on its own .8 acre, with one king bedroom plus large living area with a gas fireplace, full kitchen and double pull out sofa. Pebbles, also, has one full bathroom plus an outdoor shower and tub on the back patio The cost of Pebbles is an additional $250 per day or $1,500 per week .plus $75. cleaning.
There is ample parking for eight cars, and the garage has abundant space.
We are sorry, however, we can not rent to groups in most cases.
Our age limit is 35 years. We rent to all people of good will from every walk of life.

Fantastic Weekend!
This was the perfect venue for our family as we attended a wedding nearby. The grandchildren were able to play outside on the lovely grounds. We also walked to the beach and explored the seashore. It was nice having everyone in one place and in such a lovely home.

The Perfect House for a vacation!
We had a Large group staying in the house for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for our group! We flew in from the Midwest and had no idea what to expect - it exceeded our expectations! Great location, very clean and had great kitchen space. The house made our vacation easy and memorable!
