Brand new August 2013 - Default arrival time is after 2 PM. Default departure is by 10 AM. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental during Summer Season. Hardwood floors up and down. On the main level relax in the spacious 1350 sq ft of living area. Open floor plan w/ cathedral ceilings - living room has a large sectional couch and recliner, dining area table seats at least 8 guests for dinner and the state of the art kitchen has island seating for 4. There's a 36' five burner gas cooktop. Broan vent system, 50 bottle in island wine fridge, microwave/double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and granite countertops. You'll find secure wifi throughout and a 60 ' Smart tv, w/ cable in the living room. The home is tastefully decorated and immaculately kept,
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. Each has new beds, bedding and mattresses. One bedroom has a king bed and bathroom w/ shower, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom will have a new flatscreen tv.
The main bath has a custom glass enclosed 4' x 6' shower w/ multiple shower heads.
There are 2 finished rooms w/ hardwood floors in the basement. One room is appox. 15 x 22 (330 sq ft). You'll find a new couch and new pull-out sofa bed. The second room is smaller - it has a new pull-out full sofa bed. The laundry room is also in the basement. The washer and dryer are located there.
French doors lead out to the 1000 sq ft patio.There's enough patio furniture to seat 14 . The lot is approximately 18,000 sq ft. The large back yard has recently been landscaped and fenced in. Other ammenities include an outdoor shower, a fire pit, a gas grill and cable outlet to watch tv outside.

Simply awesome!!
This was perfect for our family! 5 minutes to the beach, downtown, restaurants, live music, etc. The backyard is huge and provided great quality family time. Can’t wait to come back!

Great weekend getaway!
Really nice house for a family gathering, great outside entertaining area with fire pit and fabulous yard! The owners were super accommodating and everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting again!

Cape Cod Home with Great Yard
Everything was as stated or better. Home is very comfortable, nicely furnished, with everything you could need. Yard with plenty of seating and a fire pit was fantastic for our get together.
