Queen size mattress in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin bed with pull out trundle to comfortably sleep two. Hall bath with full-size tub. New washer and dryer in basement. The backyard has a picnic table, additional seating, gas grill and outdoor shower. Barnstable beach passes included. During the summer months, this is a 5-day minimum rental. Default arrival time is after 2 PM. Default departure is by 10 AM for this property. Less than 1 mile to Craigville Beach.

Great Location!
This house is a three minute drive to Craigville Beach and is in brand new condition. The parking pass providing free access to area beaches is a great feature. Fully equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms accommodate six guests comfortably as advertised. You are also 5 minutes west of Hyannis which features great shopping, attractions, restaurants, etc. Four Seas Ice Cream and the Centerville Pie Company are also nearby. Management and the owner were very responsive to all inquiries and requests and made our stay very enjoyable and worry-free. We highly recommend the house and are looking forward to returning in the future!

Clean and Cozy
We spent a week here and loved the place. It was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved riding their bikes on the streets in the neighborhood, and there were two beaches within a 10-15 minute bike ride. The location was great, close to the ferry, shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay there again.
