The kitchen is fully equiped and we provide all bed linens and bath towels.This home is within walking distance of Main Street shopping and dining, Marina and Ferries. Five minute drive to area beaches (Kalamus, Veterans Park, Orrin Keyes, Craigville) with parking pass for one car for all the beaches in Barnstable. We provide the beach towels ,chairs and coolers so you can enjoy a relaxing day under the sun. Short walk to St Francis Xavier Church and Cape Code Baseball League's Hyannis field. This home comes equipped with central A/C, a beautiful outside patio with patio furniture.
All bedrooms on the second floor,the main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a full bed.
The sleep sofa in the living room has a pull out queen bed.
The living room has a 60 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall, the house has a wifi Internet .
Added to all that is an outside shower after those long days at the beach.
Don't forget beach pass for all 18 town of Barnstable beaches, beach cooler,chairs and beach towels.

Family Vacation
Excellent location for exploring Cape Cod and an easy walk to Main Street, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and a short drive to lovely beaches. house was a lovely spot to chill out after busy days enjoying all the Cape has to offer. joseph was a pleasure to deal with and checking and out process was very easy. Lovely Home, Great Location
Joseph's property is lovely. It is very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the common areas cozy. We loved sitting out on the patio after a day filled with sight seeing and lounging in the living room to watch the morning news. It is a very short walk to Main St. and we enjoyed walking there in the evenings to visit the shops or to get something to eat. The beaches are a five minute drive away. It was wonderful to have the beach pass to use. We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful home away from home!

Great house in a great location
Stayed in this lovely home for 10 nights. House was perfect for 2 of us in a quiet street minutes away from Main St. Hyannis was a perfect place to visit other towns on Cape Cod. Particularly enjoyed playing corn hole by artist shacks where there was a variety of outdoor games. Our favourite meal was in Black Cat Tavern and Pain d’Avignon for fresh bread and breakfast.
