Our Nantucket style luxury residence is located in South Hyannis at the end of a quiet private way. This upside down house was custom built to our specifications and features approximately 4200 square feet of beautifully furnished living space across 4 floors, 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths - 3 master King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 additional bedrooms, large closets, 3 living rooms, a gourmet granite kitchen with extra-large granite island, an open dining room area, lower level game/entertainment room, Central Air Conditioning, 3 decks and a patio, marvelous outdoor shower, zoned interior/exterior stereo system, flat screen TV's, dramatic views, mahogany decks, direct access to private deeded beach and much more. It has every thoughtful amenity to truly make your vacation a relaxing and memorable escape.
Our home boasts a picturesque waterfront setting with beautiful views of freshwater marsh, abutting Circo Pond and Nantucket Sound. Enjoy fabulous decks to soak in gorgeous views as you watch the waves, sailboats, ferries, windsurfers and the amazing airborne jumps of kiteboarders. Bird watchers will take pleasure in hearing the lovely song of the red winged blackbirds, and spotting great blue herons, mute Swans, geese, ducks, cormorants and osprey. Large open floor plan, open kitchen, and comfortable furniture for large families. Spectacular views from nearly every room in the home. This elegant home will provide a seaside dream vacation and wonderful memories.
The house is fully equipped with upscale accommodations and all necessary linens, towels, beach towels, books, games, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and basic starter supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc.
A large outdoor shower with dressing area, ample parking for 5 cars and quick private beach access make this the perfect vacation destination. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, so bring your wireless laptop if you need to check in at the office! It’s a perfect, family vacation getaway to escape to the tranquility of sandy beaches and soothing ocean sounds.
Comfortable furniture and beds, wonderful luxury touches, large windows and an open architecturally detailed floor plan are designed to enhance captivating architectural and natural views and create an airy, uplifting ambiance to relax and unwind.
The house layout is as follows: our home provides luxury accommodations, is impeccably clean and comfortably sleeps 11 people. Perfect for a family vacation - four floors provide living space for family togetherness yet allows privacy when needed for everyone.
The first floor of the house has an airy living room with a 32-inch TV. The front master bedroom with en suite bathroom (fully tiled shower) has a King bed with Saatva Luxury Firm mattress and sliding door to deck. The back master bedroom with en suite bath (fully tiled extra-large shower) has a King bed with an Irish Kaymed Impression mattress and door to deck. A third bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic queen bed and a Sealy Posturepedic twin bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed with Irish Kaymed Impression mattress and a twin bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Finally, there is a full bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower.
The second floor is washed in sunshine with an open floor plan. A large living room with 64 inch TV, dining room with seating for 8 to 10, sliding doors to deck from living room and dining room, chef's kitchen with island seating for five, a powder room, and master bedroom with en suite bath (fully tiled shower) and King Saatva Luxury Firm mattress. The fully equipped granite kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, KitchenAid double wall ovens, KitchenAid five burner gas cooktop, KitchenAid dishwasher, KitchenAid compactor, two Franke sinks, and All-Clad cookware. The deck has a natural gas Napoleon grill and a large teak dining table that seats eight.
The third floor is a large open space great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for stunning panoramic views of Marsh, Circo Pond, Hyannis Harbor, Great Island, Nantucket Sound, and Hyannis Port towards Kennedy Compound. There is a sitting area with a 50-inch TV, a game table for chess/ checkers games, and a raised table for family board games. The top deck has a large cocktail table and 6 comfortable Adirondack chairs perfect for coffee or cocktails, reading, sunbathing, and sunrises and sunsets.
The lower level has an open game/entertainment room with Ping Pong table and Thomas the Tank Engine train set table and sliding doors to patio and driveway. There is a convenient second refrigerator, a sitting area with 64-inch TV with Xbox, and a separate well-equipped laundry room with extra-large LG machines and sink. Finally, there is a storage garage with a large variety of beach toys, beach games, beach chairs, beach buggies, kayaks, paddle board, and life safety vests for your use.
Just steps from our home, you'll feel the sand between your toes on an expansive, private sandy beach isolated between two public beaches - Kalmus and Keyes (Sea Street beach) both within walking distance. This is Nantucket Sound/Hyannis Harbor, one of the most popular windsurfing areas in the Northeast. The ocean water is warm, calm and shallow - terrific for young children and families.
This is a great central location near Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises and Steamship Authority Island Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, art shanties, downtown Hyannis Main Street shopping and fine dining restaurants, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, Cape Cod Melody Tent, Cape Cod Symphony, Barnstable Municipal Airport, Cape Cod Beer, Cape Cod Hospital, and Cape Cod Mall.

Thank you for considering our home for your vacation stay. This is our second home and we spend part of the summer at the house and then rent the balance of the weeks. We also spend a lot of weekends in the off-season. We have owned the house since 2002 and have families that return every year. We rent the house the same way that we use it with beach chairs, kayaks, bocce ball, beach toys, paddleboard, etc. We try to keep the calendar up to date. Paradise found!
Everything about Jim’s property is 5 star. The communication and booking process could not have been easier. Jim went above and beyond in accommodating my last minute booking. Jim and his wife met us at his home and provided a thorough overview. The location of the house is ideal - close to town but with access to a very private beach. The beach has spectacular views of boats coming in and out of the harbor. Sunrise and sunsets were seen right from the house which is rare on the Cape. The house provided everything and more for the perfect beach vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer but fingers crossed we will be back next year to enjoy this piece of paradise. Thank you Jim

Perfect Cape Cod Beach Getaway
This home and property are magnificent! It's a one minute walk down a sandy path to the private beach, which is lovely. The water is calm and relatively warm for an east coast beach. If you're looking for a home that is spacious, beautifully designed and filled with touches of comfort and convenience, this is it. Our family enjoyed every moment of our vacation at this property and the owner/property manager was gracious and kind.
