Great property, great locaton !!!!!
Second year in a row staying in Hyannis. Short drive to Main St., the beach and quality restaurants. I would highly recommend Spanky's Clam Shack or The Black Cat on Ocean St. House was in great shape. Don't worry that the home has window AC units. Our first couple of days there were during a heat wave and the house stayed comfortable. Also having the washer and dryer on the same floor as us was nice. If we come back to Hyannis next year I will definitely try to book this house first.

Great house, perfect location!
Once again we had a fantastic stay at this house. The location is great and the house is always in perfect shape. Everything you need is there and available. Lynda gets right back to you, and the process couldn’t be an easier. I strongly recommend renting this property if you plan on visiting the Cape!!! Hyannis has many options and is nicely situated for visiting the rest of the Cape and Islands.

Exactly as advertised
Not the ritz, but perfect for a family with small kids that’s wants to feel like home, close to town and beaches. Two thumbs up from this returning family! We stayed the same week in 2018 and came back!
