(The Guest house is not included in the rental rates shown. Please ask for rates if interested in the Guest house) Over 1500 sq ft of living space in this home (shown) alone (not including the 1100 sq ft Guest House) Both homes together with the Guest House combined is just shy of a 1 acre lot. When both homes are rented together this makes a fabulous private retreat for a large family or friends gathering. These properties are both fenced in on a corner lot for the maximum privacy you can imagine!

Absolutely- perfect for our Family
Awesome location! Close to everything. Big plus! Beautiful all fenced in back yard! Kids loved it! Home was very clean and spacious! It had all the things we needed. Walking distance to Main St and the Harbor. Only a 3 minute drive to some beautiful local beaches. Definitely want to recommend!

Amazing back yard
I stayed in this property with two other families and had a amazing stay. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The back yard provided endless hours of fun for the children, dog and adults as well. I would recommend this property.
