3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cape Style House With A Fenced In Large Yard With Deck.
Please note that from the end of June to the end of August we are a weekly rental only! Our changeover day is Saturday during this time period. We may be more flexible from mid to end of August depending on the rental requests. We hope that you will look further to see everything our home offers!
We have designed our home the way we would like to vacation. A clean, well decorated house with great curb appeal and so much space to spread out and relax. You will be happy either staying home or venturing out to explore everything Hyannis and the Cape have to offer. The large deck and patio will allow you to barbeque to your heart's content. There is plenty of seating on the deck also! You enter our home through the breezy living room, complete with television and fireplace. Our home has been freshly painted and decorated, from top to bottom. There are new, energy efficient windows. We can comfortably sleep 8 people. A large family room includes a new sleeper sofa, 42' big screen television with x-box, poker table, board games and a bar for entertaining. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and television, one bedroom upstairs has a double bed along with a twin bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. There is also a television and DVD player for watching movies. All beds have pillows and comforters. You will be responsible for your own sheets and towels. There is plenty of storage throughout. There is a full bath up and down. We will supply paper towels and toilet tissue. The open, updated kitchen includes all the amenities of home, dine in or go out. Although there are hardwoods throughout the house, our kitchen has a new travertine floor, countertop and glass tile backsplash. We have many take out menus available to you also. The kitchen and dining room lead out to a large deck with a patio, gas grill and outdoor shower. The cellar is stocked with outdoor games and beach chairs. Feel like relaxing? Then stretch out in our brand new 3-season room, complete with 2 chairs and ottomans for relaxing. Have a drink at the margaritaville table or pull out the sides of the big table and play a game. Whatever your idea of vacation is, you will find it here. Like to walk? Fortes Beach is less than a mile away. Also nearby are Sea St. Beach & Keyes Beach. Larger, Craigville Beach is less than 2 miles away. We will supply a beach pass that honors all Town of Barnstable beaches. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. The Melody Tent is about a half mile away, the new (and beautiful) West End Restaurant is right next door to the Tent. Go a little further to Main Street. Go in a different direction and you will be walking to the Kennedy Compound. History and beauty abound in our cape cod home!

Perfect family vacation!
We had an amazing vacation. The location is perfect and the house and back yard are beautiful! Main Street has so many restaurants and shops and the beaches are so close. Patty and Don were amazing to rent from. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. This was truly a retreat. We hope to rent again next year!

A nice late summer getaway!
A great little getaway after a very difficult summer. Patty and Don were great hosts for my family of "6" - my husband and I, our 2 adult daughters and our 2 Shih Tzu daughters....my 92 year old Mom recently passed in August and we really need some family time to re-group. Patty and Don's home in Hyannis was a great retreat for us....very clean and in a hometown neighborhood that was very inviting. Thank you for a great stay!
