Cape vacation 2019
This was our third consecutive year staying on Cape Cod for our late summer vacation, and we truly love Hyannis as a place to stay for its proximity to a town center, nightlife and dining options as well as proximity to the Steamship Authority and HyLine ferries. We chose to stay at the Sea Street Kottage this year and it did nt dissapoint. The property is located near enough to Main Street to walk to and from town as well as a short drive to great beaches that the kids truly enjoy. The house was quaint and had everything we need. Terry was terrific in his communications and responded quickly for anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay in Hyannis and will have great memories of sunset cruises, trip to Nantucket and many memorable meals at local restuarants. We hope to be back next year. Thanks Terry and God Bless, thank you for your service to this great country!

Great location and cutest cottage
Owner (Terry) came by day after we arrived (arranged). Very nice and informative about house and area. Answered any questions we had. Out of 4 women staying in the home, the only issue was ... Some mold in the upstairs shower tile floor. A couple of energy cans behind couch and night stand. Chalked this up to perhaps a quick turnaround for the next guests. not alt all a major problem for us. Overall, our stay was fabulous and we all loved the cottage. 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom was just what we all needed! Not to mention extras for our convenience in the pantry and laundry area. Thank you Terry for a wonderful stay! Location was close enough to walk to the beach or downtown Hyannis! Would recommend staying in this 1860’s house! We would for sure stay here again if ever get to visit Cape Cod again.
