The children’s room on this level contains full over full bunk beds with an extra pull out twin trundle.
The jewel in this crown is the Upper-Level suite which boasts a spacious master bedroom with separate lounging and dining area, wet bar with microwave, mini fridge and its own upper-level outdoor upper-level deck which is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a private romantic dinner. Upper-Level master bedroom has a spacious full en suite bath, as well as a walk-in closet with its own washer/dryer.
Lower Level is a dream space for the kids. Sleeping area has four built-in captains beds; each with its own dedicated power outlet with built-in USB plugs. Lower Level recreation area boasts a curved 65” smart UHD TV, comfy lounging area with queen sofa bed, pool table and air hockey. The full bath on this level includes a second laundry facility equipped with jumbo-sized front loader washer/dryer to accommodate the largest family groups.

Cape Cod 2019
We had a wonderful trip to the cape! The house was very comfortable!

Great location
House was clean on arrival. Rooms/bed and living areas were perfect for our group of nine. We spent mornings on the deck and nights at the kitchen table playing cards. House is very close to several beaches, the ferry and Main Street. We brought bikes and rode them all over. We used the shed to store them all week. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Hyannis beaches are great though we went a little further to Craigville beach. That beach is a gem soft sand and clear water with food close by. Back yard of the house was a little bit disappointing as the weeds were high and furniture strewn about. Bushes not trimmed back. Outdoor shower was small but used daily.

Wonderful place - enjoyed by all
The property was as described and perfect for our needs. My mother, who is notoriously difficult to please, stated how it was one of the best places she has stayed. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the beach (even for toddlers) and very convenient for downtown Hyannis. The rooms were all very well maintained and cleaned and all the appliances (TVs, fridge, dishwasher, laundry) worked well. There was enough space for 6 adults two infants and a large dog, who really enjoyed the garden! Thank you so much, would book again in heartbeat!
