Owner operated not managed by a large impersonal management company! No large security deposit required! Just a small fee of 80.00 dollars covers any incidental damage and cleaning.
Featuring a spectacular year round view of Center Hill Lake! The large open floor plan provides ever changing views of the lake and surrounding mountains from all areas of the main floor! The relaxation entertaining area is lushly appointed with free *Wi-Fi! A 60 inch flat screen with surround sound& Cozy furnishings! The location provides ultimate in privacy with no nearby neighbors. This home sits on almost 12 acres of wooded hillside! It is like staying in a state park! Explore miles of wide trails cut though the property right out the back door! Some trails even go to hidden coves on Center Hill lake! A large deck spans off the main entertaining area and it's appointed with a large gas grill, furniture, shade umbrellas as well as a cozy outdoor fireplace for your use.! With no artificial ambient light at night, the view of the stars from the deck area is spectacular. Bring your boat and launch it at one of the many nearby marina's! There is ample room on the property to safely park it while enjoying your stay!
The home has a spectacular gourmet kitchen with a surrounding bar area. Bring your favorite foods and prepare a delicious feast in this amazing professionally appointed hand crafted kitchen. *There are TWO lovely Master Suites both suites have King Size Beds and each has its own beautifully appointed bathroom. In addition to this there is a romantic Jacuzzi tub room located between the two master suites for your pleasure.
The property is located just 15 minutes off I-40 and 10 minutes from Edger Evans State Park and Center Hill Dam. We are just one hour from Nashville, a must see, and just 2 hours from Knoxville and Chattanooga. There are numerous marinas nearby for your boating adventures. There are so many things to explore and enjoy on the Cumberland Plateau areas from boating, on Center Hill Lake to canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fly fishing, on the Caney Fork River. This property is on, or near thousands of acres of pristine lakes,mountains,woods and waterfalls for a hiker’s dream. Come and explore, unplug, escape and recharge on Center Hill Lake.
*Owner is occasionally on site in a private residence.
*I will allow small to medium breed dogs and only non aggressive, house broken dogs will be considered. I will collect a non refundable pet fee of $70 for length of stay.
*All dogs MUST BE LEASHED while on property.
About the owner I am retired from the electronics field and relocated here in 2013 from the Northeast. I have spent the last 6 years making my home a unique place! Many of the features in the home were hand crafted! Most of the materials used in the construction of the interior were reclaimed or of exotic origin. Great holiday getaway
We stayed at Bradley’s property over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for three of us. The house is beautiful and the kitchen was a dream to cook our Thanksgiving feast in! My mom even started looking for the same brand of appliances for herself :) Bradley was very responsive and was quick to address any issue we had even while he was out of town for the holidays. We had a great time and will be back again!

Beautiful home
We had a great time staying in this beautiful cabin. I couldn't have have asked for a better place to enjoy with family. The kitchen has everything you need with extra amenities left for your use. The beds were comfortable and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair after our drive here. We will definitely be renting again when we come to visit.

Rustic elegance... well equipped... high end appliances....very comfortable beds... front cover view.... Thank you Bradley, it was perfect for us... To those who would be visiting Center Hill Lake for the first time... one key to making it perfect is to have all meals planned and all ingredients needed .... all the kitchen ware, utensils, and a few spices are available at the cabin.... and if applicable .... bring your guitar....
