Located in Blue Water Bay at Center Hill Lake, this beautiful home provides the perfect get-away spot for your family or friend's vacation, situation only an hour and a half from Nashville. This 3,000 square foot home provides spacious bedrooms, living space bathrooms, deck and screened-in-porch, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and fun for everyone!
The master bedroom with on-suite bathroom has a king sized bed and is located on the main floor. The lower level has two king sized bedrooms, one with a full-size bunk bed with twin on top, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Two full size bathrooms are on the lower level. The lower level is wrapped by a covered deck with amazing views of the lake.
The upstairs "crows nest" has two twin beds and a perfect place for older kids or teenagers. It includes x-box/television and it's own heat and air system.
Kitchen, dining and family room are open-spaced and located on the main floor, along with a gas fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools necessary to provide meals for each day.
A screened-in porch is located off of the kitchen, providing more seating areas for breakfast and dinner. A gas grill is located on the main floor deck. A stackable washer and dryer is on the main floor.
One of the highlights of choosing Blue Water Bay is easy access to the community pool, and work out facility one block from the home, also with spectacular views.
This home has been beautifully furnished, and has only been used by it's owners.
Center Hill Lake has 7 boat docks with two located only 15 minutes from our home. Whether bringing your own boat or renting one at the marinas, Center Hill provides outdoor activities, restaurants and fun for anyone looking for a relaxing time away!

Nice View
The house was very nice, with a great view of the lake. Not far from Smithville where you can get groceries or eat out. Close to some marinas where you can rent boats and water toys. The pool is close and nice if you don't want to go to the lake.
